When we gathered at Genomic Frontiers: Rwanda 2025 — the first genomics symposium ever held in Rwanda — one thing became clear: the momentum deserved more than a single moment. So we built a platform. Goodlife Genomics is our ongoing seminar series keeping that dialogue alive, in step with Rwanda’s National Genomic Strategy 2026–2030. The series is hosted by Goodlife Access in collaboration with King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (KFHR).

What happened: Cancer Genomics in Rwanda

On June 4th, we opened the series with a powerful first session — “Cancer Genomics in Rwanda: The Past, Present and Future” — hosted by Goodlife Access in collaboration with King Faisal Hospital Rwanda. As Dr. Melsa Omaya put it in Kigali, “The future of oncology is targeted therapy, and targeted therapy is based in genomics.” This session brought that vision to life.
