​Overview

​The Genomics Frontiers: 2025 symposium invites researchers, clinicians, students, and industry professionals to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. We welcome cutting-edge contributions in all areas of genomics, including but not limited to:

• Genomics
• Metagenomics
• Epigenetics
• Infectious Disease
• Non-Communicable Disease
• Discovery and new Technology
• Primary care and Pharmacy
• Policy and Finance
• Other

​Eligibility

• ​Submissions are open to all participants worldwide.
• Each individual may submit up only one abstract as presenting author.
• Submissions must be original work (either published or presented at another major conference)

​

​Submission Format

• Language: English
• Word Limit: Maximum of 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
• Structure:
  • Title: Concise and descriptive
  • Authors & Affiliations: Full names and institutional affiliations
  • Body: Should include background, objectives, methods, key results, and conclusions
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords relevant to the study

• Abstract Submission Opens: June 01, 2025
• Submission Deadline: June 30, 2025 (23:59 CAT)
• Selection by Scientific committee: July 1, 2025 - July 31, 2025
• Notification of results: August, 2025

​Review and Selection

​All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee based on clarity, scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.

Selected abstracts will be scheduled for presentation during the conference and may be included in the official Genomics Frontiers: 2025 Abstract Book.
